Singapore Host jurisdiction
A foreign award is delivered through a locally registered private education institution; the regulator's powers attach to that local institution, not to the overseas awarding university.

Malaysia Host jurisdiction
Foreign university branch campuses are a recognised category of private higher education institution; establishment is approved under Act 555 and programmes are accredited by MQA.

United Kingdom Sending jurisdiction
No separate approval to deliver abroad. Responsibility travels with the awarding body: registration conditions apply to provision made by, or on behalf of, the provider, wherever it is delivered.

Australia Sending jurisdiction
Offshore delivery is separately authorised. A provider must hold an authorisation under Part 3A of the TEQSA Act before conferring Australian awards for courses delivered at offshore premises.
